Workshops for Your Students and Participants
Schools, districts, agencies, organizations, and employers can explore programming tailored to their population and goals. The topics below describe potential offerings; a scheduled workshop listing will confirm its format, audience, eligibility, and participation requirements.
- Career & Workforce Development: career exploration, resumes, interviews, job searches, professional communication, workplace expectations, and work-based learning preparation.
- Life & Social Development: leadership, confidence, communication, goal setting, decision-making, conflict resolution, teamwork, time management, and independent adulthood.
- Financial Literacy: budgeting, saving, banking, credit, paychecks, taxes, financial goals, smart spending, and avoiding scams.
- Entrepreneurship: business ideas and planning, marketing, customer service, pricing, bookkeeping, and pitching.
- Digital & AI Workforce Skills: digital literacy, professional email, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, online applications, digital professionalism, responsible AI use, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Life After High School: college, careers, entrepreneurship, trades, apprenticeships, career plans, the first 90 days at work, workplace benefits, and a five-year vision.
- Reentry & Community Reintegration: potential support for youth returning to school, work, family, and community through career readiness, education planning, life skills, financial literacy, mentoring, positive support systems, and community resource connections.
Customized Workshops & Programs
Potential formats include 60- or 90-minute workshops, half-day sessions, full-day events, multi-week programs, career-readiness series, workforce-readiness cohorts, youth development, and community reintegration programs. Scope and delivery are developed with the contracting or referring organization, subject to capacity, funding, and participant needs.
Public Agency & Referral Opportunities
We welcome conversations with child and family-serving agencies, workforce organizations, public schools, youth-serving and juvenile reentry programs, and compatible local, county, state, or federal agencies. Department of Rehabilitation-related and WIOA-related opportunities may be explored where applicable. These are potential opportunities, not claims of approved vendor status, government contracts, or official agency partnerships.
Reentry programming focuses on educational, workforce, life-skills, mentoring, and referral support. Specialized legal, clinical, probation, or parole services require appropriately qualified providers.
Refer participants, request a workshop, or discuss a partnership.
